This friendly and comfortable 4-star hotel is located in the centre of Salzburg within walking distance of all the town’s main attractions. It offers clean, comfortable accommodation and an excellent service and is an ideal starting point for visits of Salzburg and the surroundings. It is also perfectly suitable for business travellers.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, a stone’s throw from the main train station and a 10-15-minute walk to the old town and the main shopping and eating area. Most places of interest, such as the Mirabell Garden and the congress house, are reachable on foot. For guests who prefer not to walk, bus number 22 stops right outside the hotel and goes to the city centre in a few minutes.

The property is a 3-storey building in Art Nouveau style, located at the angle of 2 streets. It was erected in 1902 and totally renovated in 2003.

Rooms vary in size, from small to spacious, due to the historical nature of the building. They are clean and comfortable. Floor is carpeted in some rooms, wooden in others. The decor is traditional, possibly slightly old fashioned, but nice and cosy. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good conditions.

There is no bar or restaurant on the hotel premises, but there are many to choose from within walking distance. Tea and coffee can be brought to the rooms on request. A full hot buffet breakfast is served everyday from 7.00 to 12.00 am.
